Process
Five steps that repeat with every new idea. You always know where we are and what comes next.
- Step 1
- Step 2
- Step 3
- Step 4
- Step 5
Steps in detail
Call
A short call about what bothers you or what you want to improve. We’re not proposing anything yet, just listening. If we can’t help, we say so straight away and recommend someone who can.
- From you: a few sentences about the situation
- From us: an honest opinion on whether we can help
Meeting
We look at how things really work in your company and talk to the people it concerns.
- From you: an hour and a look at your work
- From us: questions you wouldn’t think of
Problem
We name exactly what needs solving and agree on what the result will be and what it won’t.
- From you: approval of the proposal
- From us: a written proposal with scope and price
Solution
We work in parts and show results along the way, so you can say early what to adjust.
- From you: feedback
- From us: regular previews
Done
We hand over the result, explain it and stay available. With the next idea we start again at step 1.
- From you: time to take it over
- From us: handover and support
Example: a service company

Call
A service company told us everything ran on paper and spreadsheets and they were getting lost in it.
Meeting
We looked at how a job goes from the field all the way to a finished report.
Problem
Most time wasn’t spent on the work itself but on retyping and searching for documents.
Solution
A custom system was built in parts and the company tried it along the way.
Done
Two months passed from the first call to launching Revizor, the custom system. Less retyping and an overview of all jobs. With the next idea we started again at step 1.
How we communicate
Price and payments
Price upfront
You know the price from the proposal before we start working.
Paid in stages
For larger work you pay for finished parts, not everything upfront.
Change = new agreement
If the brief changes during the work, we first say what it costs, then we do it.
Frequently asked questions
How much does it cost?
You get the price in writing in the proposal before we start working, and it doesn’t change during the work unless the brief changes.
How long does it take?
Smaller things take weeks, bigger ones months. The deadline is part of the proposal, so you know it upfront.
Do you work remotely?
Yes. We work online and in person, whichever suits you and the job best.
What if I don’t like the result?
That’s why we show progress along the way. The direction can change early, not at the end.
What can I come to you with?
Anything that slows your company down. If it’s not for us, we say so straight away.
Who owns the result?
It depends on the specific service or product. You’ll find the details with each of them under Offer, and for custom work it’s in writing in the proposal before we start.
What after launch?
We agree on support as needed, from bug fixes to further development.
Where is my data?
Before rollout we tell you which tools process the data and where. We don’t send sensitive data to AI tools without your consent. Where possible, we offer a solution in the EU or right on your own systems.
Does work ever stop?
It shouldn’t. We work in one shared environment and both know the project, so if one of us drops out, the other carries on. If anything slips, you’ll hear it from us before you notice it.
