Do I have to build with you afterwards?

No. The plan is yours to use with anyone or on your own.

How much does it cost?

You get the price in writing in the proposal before we start working, and it doesn’t change during the work unless the brief changes.

How long does it take?

It depends on the size of the company, usually one to two weeks from the first call to the finished plan.

How much of our time does it take?

Mostly talks with the people who do the work, usually an hour or two each. We do the rest.

How is it different from an AI audit?

An AI audit looks for where AI helps. Consulting looks at all the work, and the answer can be a website, automation or just a different process.

What if the plan shows nothing needs building?

That’s a result too. Sometimes changing a process or setting up a tool you already have is enough.

What about AI?

We also look at where AI makes sense. Sometimes the answer is nowhere yet, and that’s good news too.
