Who processes your data

What data

Only what you write into the Write to us form or the idea box yourself: your name or company (optional), email or phone and the text of your message. Along with it we store the time it was sent, the website language and the address of the page you wrote from.

Why

So we can reply to your enquiry or idea and agree on next steps. We use it for nothing else: no newsletter, and we never sell it. The legal basis is your request before a possible contract and our legitimate interest in replying to your message (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).

Where it is stored

Your message is written to a Google spreadsheet and arrives by email in a Gmail inbox in the company’s Google account. Only we have access to them. Google is our processor and may process the data outside the EU; the transfer is protected by standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission. The website runs on Cloudflare, which technically processes your IP address on every visit to deliver the page; we neither read nor collect these records.

For how long

While we handle your enquiry and then for at most 2 years, so we can pick up where we left off if you get in touch again. If the enquiry turns into a project, the data becomes part of the contract and accounting and the statutory periods apply. If you ask us to, we delete it sooner.

Your rights

You can ask us for access to your data, to correct or delete it, to restrict its processing or to transfer it, and you can object to the processing. Just write to dpg.creo@gmail.com and we will reply within a month at the latest. If you think we handle your data wrongly, you can complain to the Slovak Office for Personal Data Protection (dataprotection.gov.sk).

Cookies and visits

The website uses no cookies or tracking. We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, without cookies and without storing personal data: we only see totals such as pages visited, country and device type. Your browser only remembers the language and the light or dark mode you chose; these stay on your device and you can clear them in your browser settings.
