System for inspections and checks · 2026Revizor is a system for companies that carry out regular inspections and checks. Clients, their sites and equipment are in one place, the technician records the inspection on site in a tablet and the report is issued in one click. The system keeps track of the next due dates itself and always shows who to get back to.
- Situation
- A service company had clients booked for regular inspections, but tracked the dates in spreadsheets and didn’t always get back to them in time. Technicians wrote on paper on site, and someone in the office then retyped it into reports and documents.
- What we did
- A client, their sites and equipment are entered once. At every later inspection the technician just taps the state of each item on a tablet, and the report with its number and PDF is generated by itself. The next due date is calculated automatically, so each morning the company sees who to call.
- Result
- No paper, no retyping and no forgotten client. The report is ready minutes after the inspection, not in the evening. It runs at the company every day and now we’re adapting it for others in the field.
